In this class we will focus on a set of Qigong exercises (called the Tai Chi Qigong) which are simple and easy to learn, yet very effective for bringing about a feeling of relaxation and peace of mind, while gently exercising the body. Qigong is ideal for people of all ages and most levels of fitness. It is a type of self-healing, based upon the same principles as acupuncture. It resembles Tai Chi and is a type of mindful movement.
